OUR DIRECTORS

NEWTON SHURO – Managing Consultant

A Chartered Valuation Surveyor, he is an accomplished property valuer with experience spanning over 20 years in Zimbabwe and the African continent. He has footprint in over 26 African countries where he has carried out various valuation and appraisal projects. A town planner with experience also in property management, project management and transaction structuring. He drives the vision of NPC in making it a household name in the property sector.

COLLIN CHIWANZA – Non Executive Director

An avid business man with background in the media having worked for a number of media houses and NGOs in the publicity departments. He runs successful print and advertising businesses at Interlink Advertising and Channel Corporate. He brings to our board over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience as well as strong business acumen.

EDWIN WENGA – Non Executive Director

A passionate town planner and expert in construction management, he has over 15 years of property experience in town planning, construction project management, site acquisition and property management. He currently works in the telecoms industry where he has held various property portfolios in management. He has interests in farming with a bias in animal production.

PATIENCE SHURO – Executive Director

An accountant by profession with over 17 years of experience in the accounting and administration areas, she has worked for conglomerate entities where she has had exposure to manufacturing and motor industry sectors. She was also in the financial services sector for more than 10 years. She co-founded NPC with Newton.
